Your information, in plain terms.
This site is run by Dallen Taylor (Simply Edit Pro). Here is exactly what the interest form collects, why, and how to have it removed.
What the form collects
When you fill out the interest form, you choose what to share. The form asks for:
- Your name, and a mobile number or email so I can reach you.
- Optional context: your team or brokerage, city and state, what is slowing you down, your team size, your CRM, and your timeline.
- Anything you type in the open text box.
Behind the scenes, the form also records the page you submitted from, how you arrived (referring link and campaign tags), the exact consent wording you were shown, and a one-way hashed form of your network address used only to catch spam. The raw address is never stored.
Why I collect it
Only to respond to you and to build the free demo you asked for. I use your answers to prepare, so our first conversation starts with your situation instead of a pitch. I do not sell your information, and I do not run you through an automated sales sequence.
Text messages
The texting checkbox reads: “OK for Dallen to text me about this.” It is unchecked by default. If you check it, I may text you about your demo and your questions. Any texts come from me personally, from my own number, (253) 202-8825. There is no automated texting service. Reply STOP any time and I will not text you again.
Where it is kept
Your submission is stored in my own customer records (my CRM), used to follow up with you. It is shared only with the tools I use to run that follow-up, never sold or rented. Confirmation email is sent from dallen@simplyeditpro.com.
Deleting your information
Email dallen@simplyeditpro.com and ask me to delete your information. I will remove it from my records and confirm when it is done.
